Bringing Tokenized Stocks to Your Para Integration with Dinari

Fintechs on Para can now let customers buy tokenized U.S. stocks with USDC through Dinari. The shares, backed 1:1 by the underlying stock, settle directly to the customer's own Para wallet.

Bringing Tokenized Stocks to Your Para Integration with Dinari

Your users can now buy tokenized U.S. stocks with USDC, straight from a Para wallet, without ever leaving your app.

We've integrated Dinari, the team behind dShares: tokenized U.S. stocks and ETFs backed 1:1 by the underlying shares. Any app built on Para can now let users sign in with email or social login, verify their identity, and place a stock order that settles as a token in their own wallet. Our new Dinari integration covers the full flow, from sign-in to a filled order.

Stock ownership in a user’s wallet

For the end user, this feels like a brokerage tab inside an app they already use. They log in the way they log into everything else, with no seed phrase or browser extension to set up. Dinari runs a hosted identity check, and once it passes, the user can buy a stock like AAPL by spending a stablecoin balance they already hold.

The dShares land directly in the user's Para wallet. The position is theirs to hold, move, or use onchain, rather than a line item locked inside one platform's ledger. Since dShares are available on Arbitrum, Base, Ethereum, and other networks, the same wallet works wherever your app is deployed.

Orders can also be gasless. Dinari can broadcast the transaction and cover gas, so a user never has to acquire ETH just to buy their first share.

Balances that can do more

Fintechs and wallets have spent the last year getting users comfortable holding stablecoins. The natural next question from those users is what else that balance can do. Offering U.S. equities used to mean partnering with a broker, building a separate account system, and asking users to move money out of the product. With Para and Dinari, a stablecoin balance can become a stock position inside the same wallet, in a few API calls.

Para already powers more than 15M+ wallets for hundreds of teams building in fintech and payments, and integrations like this one are how those wallets keep becoming more useful. If you're building on Para, the Dinari integration is the place to start, and you can grab sandbox credentials from the Dinari Partner Portal.
